We painted our room. Here it looks a little more mild than it does in person. It feels pretty dark compaired to the white that is was. Its now a nice rich olive green. I haven't decided on window treatments just yet. So for now we just have the wood blinds alone. In the top photo you can see part of an antique dresser that has been in my family over a century. I love it

I love the shade. It looks very serene in the pictures. And I love the dresser. I love furniture with a history! We spent this past weekend in an early 1800s farm house... it was filled with fabulous antiques!
