Bunny Rescue

Ethan found a baby bunny stranded in one of our window wells. Daddy and he went down and resued him. We put him out front but then he just hopped right back in the back yard. I think he likes my strawberries. We hope his mommy rabbit finds him.

Springdale - Pike National FOrest

Our Camp site.

Nice picture of the clouds and trees.

We had a great time, despite the hail storm last night.

Camping again...

We headed up to Woodland Park and found a great campground. And a beautiful lake nearby.
Below, is a pic of Ethan posing as his cousin Nathan, whom he calls a "real Cowboy". He says this is how real cowboys stand with their thumbs out of their pockets.

The perfect picnic spot.

Rainbow, Mountains and puppet

If you look closely to the left you can see a rainbow next to Ellie's cheesy grin Yesterday, we drove up to Mueller State Park for the afternoon. It was so beautiful.

Aunt Linda and... ?....dropped by the other day and did a little performance for my two E's. They loved it. Ethan was giggling but a little scared. I asked Ethan if he liked Aunt Linda's pretend bird and he said" Mommy, He was real because he talked"... That explaines why he wouldn't touch him. He was so scared, yet enetertained. Ellie on the other hand was into it until Linda brought out the crackers to feed him then she was totally obsessed with trying to get herself a snack. Thank you Linda!

MORE OF TEXAS...

She is growing up so fast.... You know you are in the Texas Hill country when there is more than one donkey out back behind the local Mexican restaurant. By the way the Mex food was awesome! And we had it on good authority that the place has the cleanest kitchen around. So no worries.Pictured here is my brother, Josh and sister-in-law Kristin.
Ethan , Elli cousin Kaden with Rich and Josh feeding the donkeys...
Mimi and Ethan enjoying the boat
What!... now she is driving the boat! Where was I when this was going on....oh yeah, I was taking the pictures. Papa doesn't even let me drive that thing.
