"Alligator Hunter" Uncle Randy

We are so excited and proud of our Uncle/Brother, Randy. He is a game warden in Texas. He is pictured here with a recent capture of a 9'4 long alligator. In addition to the 15 or so smaller ones that were found in this dried up pond on someone's property in East Texas. Yea Uncle Randy. You Rock!

First day of Preschool 2009

All went well on our first day of Preschool today. Ellie was a little cautious at first but warmed up by the end of the day. Pictured here, Ellie is posing with her first schhol work. A beautiful painting. Thanks to my friend, Kim we have some snapshots of the kids in their classes.

Hiking at the Crags

SO this was the hike that started off beautiful. Then, all heck broke loose. We found ourselves running through lightning, thunder and hail back to the car. It was pretty scary for the kids. I think the temp dropped 25 degrees from start to finish. Crazy weather! But a great hike and very family/dog friendly.
