Ice Lake with Ethan and Ellie
We met daddy for lunch at his work last week. The kids always love to go for a short hike there during daddy's lunch break. The Lake was frozen and safe to walk on. Although I was a bit nervous.
Nice post, and thanks for sharing. One thing I have found was true when I did my class last year was that under the ice can be nothing like what it is at other times. The quarry where we did ours is 8-25 feet in summer. At the ending of Jan it was easily double that.
